Details Helpdesk Upgraded to New Software

We have upgraded the Helpdesk to a new version of the Helpdesk Software. Among other things, this helpdesk will allow PDA and mobile users the ability to view their tickets. Currently the theme has only started to be intergrated into the rest of the site, but rest assured this should be completed in the coming weeks.
